The Sri Lanka Institute of Local Governance (SLILG) was established to enhance the capabilities of Provincial Councils and Local Government agencies through capacity-building programs. The Training of Trainers (TOT) program focuses on building competent trainers for self and organizational development, while the supportive staff program aims to improve skills and attitudes aligned with the expected working culture. The IIDT consultant was responsible for creating the training presentation slides and curriculum, incorporating interactive sessions, practical problem-solving, and group exercises for the program and they conducted lectures over three days. The evaluation process encompassed pre-course assessments, video recording of presentations and post-course evaluations. Additionally, IIDT played a role in preparing participant booklets, certificates, and submitted the final report to SLILG.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
